Xiaoming Wang received an Msc Information Processing from Department of Computer Science, University of York the UK 2005.
He works as Principle Partner at Minster Consulting, Mentor at Innovation works, agile organization transition mentor at Tencent currently.
He is one of the key organizers of Scrum gathering Shanghai and Agile tour Asia.
His previous working experience includes Head of R&D at Seravia, Operations Director at Pinesoft, the UK; consultant, project manager, and business analyst at ThoughtWorks; IT manager at WorleyParsons; Technical support engineer at Platform Inc; Customer service at Tesco Ltd; and environmental engineer at Dalian Locomotive and Rolling Stock Corp. Ltd.
